I had made an appointment with Mamun for 3.30pm to arrange a viewing of my property. He called ten minutes later to say he would be there after 4pm. He called again saying he would arrive after 4.30pm. Such an unprofessional person who should not represent an established estate... Read Full Review

We have had an extremely good working relationship with Ellena - she manages our property very well and makes us feel as though we are next door rather than in Australia which makes our life so much easier.

Just sold our 4 bed house through Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. While it wasn't an easy sale, the guys and girls at Martyn Gerrard dealt with the sale with efficiency and aplomb. Comments (0)Just sold our 4 bed house through Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. While it wasn't an easy sale, the guys and girls at Martyn Gerrard dealt with the sale with efficiency and aplomb. At every stage, Chris/Ronak/Ray and Toby took their jobs very seriously and we genuinely felt like they all actually care and want to make sure we are happy and comfortable! I would often have calls with the team after hours which shows real dedication and passion for what they do.

At every stage, Chris/Ronak/Ray and Toby took their jobs very seriously and we genuinely felt like they all actually care and want to make sure we are happy and comfortable! I would often have calls with the team after hours which shows real dedication and passion for what they do.
I feel that Estate Agents generally have a certain reputation but these guys break the mould in that regard. They go about their work with pride and honesty and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to buy or sell. Keep it up MG!

We use Martyn Gerrard to manage our rental property. Our tenants and the experience we have with them has been poor to date. We use Martyn Gerrard to manage our rental property. Our tenants and the experience we have with them has been poor to date. The initial contract for our tenants was only signed by both parties 5 weeks after the tenants moved in. Martyn Gerrard do nothing useful in regards to the enquiries from our tenants. We've since asked our tenants to call us directly and sort any issues they have. We are paying a monthly management fee for nothing. Will get out of the contract as soon as we can.
